In 1994 the US Postal Service issued a stampsheet with 20 different stamps of 29 cent for "legends of the west". After all the stamps were printed (but not issued) they saw an error on one of these stamps. So all these stamps were burned (104.020.000)....except 150.000 sheets. To obtain one of these 150.000 sheets, they made a lottery. So they printed a second and wright sheet. Also there is a postal stationary with on the front side the same Bill Hickok and on the address side a printed stamp. At the back of the stamp is also printed a few lines of history of Bill Hickok.
